It's been a while since I played Last Shelter: Survival or LSS in short as I went on hiatus due to changes in the immigration system late last year (it makes free to play user experience very difficult due to pay to win players migrating to newer state --- I hope they already corrected this as of this writing), but we can't discount that this game is one of the best real-time strategy game in Mobile. As an avid player of this game, I'm sharing my trade secret to build your best hero in the game without burning your money in tickets. This guide is fully tested and able to compete with veteran players from legendary State (including pay to win players 😈), I've done tons of research, test, and sacrifices to test the potential of this build (probably killed more than 40m of my troops) 😭

This guide might be subjective as everything is based on my experience and observation in the game, however, I believe that this is the best way to build your team and survive in the world of unfairness and cruelty.
